Return Policy

We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for store credit, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 15 days from the date of our shipment to you.

Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. If an item is delivered in damaged condition, please contact our customer service before returning it. Sales Tax

We collect HST or GST for the Canadian orders.

The current rates are:
5% (GST) in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
13% (HST) in Ontario.
15% (HST) in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Shipping Rates

A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. Items that are too large to ship via Canada Post or FedEx will be shipped with a freight company.

Does Velveta ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be provided with a shipping quote based on the items in your order and the final shipping address. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping. Please note that duties/taxes for the destination country may be collected by the shipping carrier.
